Activities have been launched in the Tunisian demonstration site!

Mobilisation and engagement of WEFE stakeholders, El Alaa (October 6, 2025)

MORFeuS kick-off workshop, Kairouan (November 4, 2025)

55 participants were presents including: public authorities, technical structures and public institutions, research and higher education, civil society.

The workshop included 1) a collective framing: presentation of the project and the study area, 2) a world café: mapping actors and interactions, spatial analysis of problems and issues and identification of the territory's strenghts and potential. And 3) a plenary feedback session. This enabled the MORFeuS to validate an initial snapshot of the Nexus territory.

Fieldwork with HSTI (November 17-21, 2025)

Exchange with stakeholders (administrations and farmers) on expectations and possible uses of probes. The main activities carried out were:

- Interviews with local stakeholders: direct exchanges with farmers and local partners to understand the practices, constraints, and needs of the region.

- Technical meetings to assess the current situation and issues in the area, and ensure that technical choices are adjusted according to soil types, crops and local conditions.

- Focus group with farmers: presentation of results , sharing of experiences and discussions on expectations and possible uses of innovation.
